I heard from Shanna after she located me on Craigslist. She was looking for someone to take some pics of her and her boyfriend, John.
We picked a location, and hoped for the best, weather wise. I think we were very lucky - Mother Nature was good to us!
They were such a cute couple...I had a lot of fun chatting with them as I snapped away.
Shanna - I hope you like what I've captured.

Storyboards/Collages {Michigan Family Children Photographer}
Several people have contacted me with regards to the collage that I made for Courtney & Nara.
Storyboards are a great way to share multiple photos with friends and family, all while sticking to your budget.
Storyboards can be made in various sizes, however, I think that the bigger, the better, because you can include *more* photos and it looks great on your walls!
Here is another example of a storyboard (this is 11x14):

Beautiful Baby Gianna...5 days old! {Michigan Newborn Photographer}
On Sunday, I had the privilege of photographing Courtney and Nara's new arrival, Gianna.
Courtney and I met online - we're part of a group of Michigan girls that have gotten together a few times and I was *so* honored that Courtney and Nara asked me to shoot Gianna's first pictures.
Gianna was a photographer's dream. She is such a sweet baby, and allowed us to put her into the cutest little poses.
Courtney & Nara - I hope you enjoy these - she's just so gorgeous - I couldn't pick my favorites, and that's why there's so many!

Kerri & her earth family...
My friend, Kerri contacted me to do pictures of her and her earth family. You see, we got to know each other online through a support group for parents whom have lost multiples...we had an instant connection because we had both lost twin girls.
This time, I got to meet her husband, Ramon, and his daughter Rachel. They brought along the stuffed animals that symbolize their girls to include in their family pictures as well.
I had SO much fun with them and I hope they did too. Kerri - I'm so sorry for the delay in getting these up! Please enjoy!

Crystal & Colten...an old friend and a new one!
One of my friends from High School contacted me through Facebook to see if I'd be interested in taking pictures of her, and her little boy...of course I said yes!
They were SO much fun to work with! Colten was full of energy, and yet VERY well behaved! Let's just say it was much easier to photograph him than MY two boys, that's for sure!
Crystal - I hope you like these - my favorite is one of the last ones we took - can you spot it?

Fun with Stephanie's Family at Potter Park
My friend Stephanie volunteered to be a 'test subject' for me...her boys are SO photogenic and were SO much fun! Connor even gave me some suggestions on how to take his picture!
The family was up for some fun!
I love this one of the boys!
